i brought a chainsaw to a rental shop in Crosslake asking that it get tuned up and running. It sat there for two weeks... while they did nothing. When I called to pick it up they said they can’t work on a saw with out a chain break. I said WHAT….. I picked it up and brought it to AAA Rental and Simon and his staff fixed it gave me some good advice on maintaining an older saw. AAA Rental is my go to for anything Stihl related. These guys are great. We had our riding lawn mower repaired there and unfortunately the part that was fixed failed... almost immediately. They took it back and corrected the problem without charging us again. I feel bad that they had to do the work twice but was impressed by the way they stood by their work. They definitely earned my future business and when I need new equipment or a rental they will be my first stop.read more

These folks are the very best at taking care of a customer in need, hands down! My John Deere lawn tractor's mowers... deck belt tensioner had failed and I needed it repaired soon. AAA 's people really stepped up and got me repaired right away and at a good price. They really made me smile!read more

Always had great luck with their equipment and their customer service. Have rented multiple peices of heavy equipment... from them and was presently surprised when the tracked bobcat had a/c being that it was around 90 degrees that day!read more

I went in looking at new chainsaws. I has a couple of specific models in mind. After explaining how I will be using... it to Devon, he talked me out of the saws I came in for and pointed me to the Husqvarna 555. I bought it at a fair price and brought it home. After using it for 30 minutes I realized it was the perfect choice for what I am using it for. Thank you for all of your help. Amazing saw!!!read more

I purchased A plow one you're a go. The staff and owner were exceptional And very knowledgeable about their products... and equipment. You know when you walk in to a big Box store and you ask a employee for information on a item And all they can tell you is what's printed on the Box. AAA Equipment Center goes far far beyond that. Simon and his staff listen closely to what your needs are. As in my case they directed me to the plow that I eventually did purchase And at no time did they try to up sell me to the more expensive plow that would not have benefited me in my needs. Now it is a year later and I am going to sell my truck and purchase another I called them To make an appointment to remove my plow bracket and hardware.
